Dr. Jackman earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Brigham Young University in 2005. He served a mission for his church in Peru for two years where he learned and became fluent in Spanish. He then went on to earn a bilingual Doctor of Optometry Degree from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Jackman is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and the Texas Optometry Board. He has a wonderful wife, three beautiful daughters and a very busy young son. Chris is a member of the American Optometric Association and Northeast Texas Optometric Society.

Dr. Susan Nelson graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from Arkansas State. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico in 2008. Dr. Nelson is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and the Texas State Board. She is married to Mark, who is also an optometrist, and blessed with 2 young children, Kinsley and Layton. She enjoys being with family, traveling, and Disney.

Kathy - Front Desk/Scheduler

Kathy joined the Anna Eyecare Family in December of 2022 as our Front Desk/Scheduler. She has a passion for helping patients so they have the best experience in our office. She is a proud supporter of our Troops and her local community. She has been happily married for 15 years and has 3 children and 9 wonderful grandchildren.
